The apartment was purchased by us in 2018, and has been completely refurbished and redecorated in a modern, contemporary style, we have worked hard to ensure that guests have a comfortable & pleasant stay.
It is light and airy, and perfect for small groups, as the layout and the fact that it is duplex means that guests can have some privacy if they want.

MEDITERRANEAN COMPLEX
The apartment is set in beautifully landscaped grounds, there are five swimming pools all available for your use.
The complex is located near the centre of Kalkan by the small school and is short 3 minute level walk to the shops and restaurants so very easy to pop in and out.
Olive groves grow across the road from the apartment and run down to the sea giving fantastic unobstructed views of Kalkan and Kalkan bay.
The apartment has its own sun-loungers with mattresses and parasols for your sole use.
We also supply parasols on the balcony and roof terrace.

Kalkan is a small sophisticated Mediterranean resort and old town of pretty whitewashed houses built on cobbled lanes tumbling down to the picturesque harbour, with nothing high-rise except for the odd minaret.
It overlooks a sheltered bay on south-western Turkey's dramatic Lycian coast and the mighty Taurus mountains form a spectacular backdrop.
Kalkan has not been touched by mass tourism. More sophisticated than the other Turkish resort.
According to the Sunday Times, Kalkan attracts the kind of visitor who would also enjoy Tuscany or the Dordogne.
