Please note the Turkish Government’s 2018 Ruling: All holiday rental bookings are now subject to 18% KDV tax (like UK VAT) and also daily guest registration. From 2021 a further 2% "Guest Tax" has also been implemented. 

 

The prices above are fully inclusive of KDV, Guest Tax and guest registration, if booked directly with us.

We are fully compliant with the 2024 rental regulations: Rental Permit - 07-3154

Please check with other rental properties that they can provide a rental permit No.

If they can't, you could be evicted!

Booking Direct

This is the cheapest and most personal way to book. Please e-mail g.berthels@hotmail.co.uk (watch the spelling)

 Please include the number of guests and your preferred holiday dates and we will confirm via email whether the dates are available and the cost.

If you do decide to proceed with a booking we will send you a booking form including terms & conditions.

 

Direct bookings with us do not incur a booking fee as is hidden in booking websites like Owners Direct & AirBnB etc. 

​

To secure a booking we require a non refundable deposit.
